I'm Chase Gravengood. I spent more than a decade in commercial real estate — operations, acquisitions, and development — which is where I learned how a business actually runs underneath the org chart, and where I built the network this practice stands on: owners, developers, management companies, and the people who service them.

Then I spent a few years living and working abroad. What stayed with me was a plain observation: most organizations have more room than they think. Not because anyone did anything wrong, but because no one outside has ever had a reason to look closely.

That's the whole idea here. Reduce what a business is overpaying, help it run a little leaner, and put that capital back toward the work it's actually in business to do. The specialist depth comes from a vetted network of partners. I stay the person you talk to, and the person accountable for the result.

I'll bring you something when it's worth your time, and say so plainly when it isn't. If there's money to find, I'll show you where. If there isn't, you'll hear that just as directly.

What you can count on

No disruption. No new hires, no project to manage, no switching vendors that already work.

Aligned incentives. Compensation comes out of realized savings. If there's nothing to find, you owe nothing.

A relationship, not a transaction. This work is worth doing only if it's done well, and I'd rather be useful to you for years than once.

Straight answers. Including the ones that end the conversation.
